7250i voce recording?

Is it possible to upgrade software for 7250i so it can record voice -
something like 6230? Please give some advice.

Nope.

If a phone don't already have voice recording, then it will NEVER have.
Voice memo features are very much *hardware* based, and CANNOT be added by
software alone.
