I have been on the phone with customer service now for 109 minutes.  They admit
that they made a $103.99 on my bill but they cannot make adjustments larger
than $34.99.  I am working my way up the supervisor path.

This gives new meaning to the term "Customer Service".

Follow-up on above.  I called AT&T GSM Customer Service to cancel my phones.
Got a nice customer service rep who apologized for the treatment earlier,
credited my account for the AT&T mistake and sent me a free new phone.

I got a $415.78 credit without any problem when it was pointed out that it was
their mistake.
