Huh???? That was a kinda convoluted sentence but I think you are asking if
you cn boycott a cellular company. Sure you can.
As for prices, the carriers don't have to explain to anyone how or why they set
their pricing like they do. They are in business to make money and set their
prices to do that and to be competitive with the other carriers.

Well I know some radical people at hr.alt.cellular.gsm, maybe you
should ask them. French providers have withdraw theire sudden price
jump, thanks to boycott, but that is another world though.
