Or go to any number of places including http://www.uniquephones.com
and do it for no cost at all. Many places you can download an unlock
code generator free as well. Save your money and do it on your own.

if you're just trying to sim unlock the phone.. there are many code
generators available. if you're phone's browser is locked ie
settings... then you will need to get it flashed. am i correct?
