I want to send free SMS messages in Pakistan to all networks like Mobilink,
Paktel, Ufone etc. Please note that my contacts are about 350 so its
mandatory that service/application must have Phone Book feature & can send
bulk-messages.

Its a kind of marketing activity.

Does somebody know any free application or website?

Yes it is a Marketing Activity but Not SPAM.

I have collected the contact numbers of my frineds/relatives.
