I'm in Staten Island, NY.  My carrier is T-Mobile.
I have Motorola V66.  It works well most of the time,
but every once in a while, I hear echoes of my own voice
when I talk.  What's causing the echoes?
Is it the phone or the carrier?
What can I do about it?

Carrier.  Technical issue.

> What can I do about it?

Not much, just move away from where you get the echo.
