Is there not an NG specifically for T-Mobile service?  Have a question
regarding billing, specifically their calculation of overage minutes.

There is. It is called -

alt.cellular.gsm.carriers.voicestream

alt.cellular.carriers.gsm.voicestream

Once a news group is created it's there!!  VoiceStream was the name of
the company two years ago.
