How is reception/sound quality?

I am also wondering if the battery life is REALLY as listed:
Talk time: Up to 4 hours
Standby time: Up to 240 hours

Any other comments?

Battery life specs should always be taken with a grain of salt because they
apply only under ideal conditions. Battery life under real world conditions
will typically be substantially less.
