Hi,

we would like to buy a weatherstation, which will send information in a
UDP paket via GPRS to any IP in the internet. We need to receive the
information and do them into a mysql-Database.
Can you tell me what I need to receive this?
FTP-Server, Apache, PHP, CGIs,..? Are there any examples at the web?

Thanks

Alex

I guess you would have an application on the target machine listening
to the port specified by the weatherstations.

Once you receive the message, you can store it using a standard
database.
