A few days ago i have ordered an unlockcode for my Motorola Phone on the
website of unlockitnow. The price was 39 euro's and they told me on their
website that it was easy to unlock it. Unfortunately the unlock code dit not
work. They asked me several (useless) things to try, like switching the
pincode off and wait 2 hours before re-entereing the code... (?!). I did
everything they told me to (including the 2 hours waiting). But (off course)
it did not work at all. So i asked my money back... Immidiately they pointed
at their legal agreement and asked me to send the phone to Malta. I live in
Holland so with insurance that would cost me a lot of money and i don't even
know if they would send me my phone back. In their legal agreement there is
also the option to send a video if the unlock fails. But it was not enough
in their opinion because they still wanted the phone.
This company is fraudulent in my opinion, they promise to unlock you phone,
but when they cannot do it, you can't have your money back. This is not the
way it works.
Take this as a warning, it might be harmfull to do business with these guys.
Use an unlock company that is situated near your home so you can go back to
them when things don't work out.

er... just curious; did you call your credit card company to dispute
the charge?

I will do so now! I don't know if this is possible in Holland, I will let
you know if it works!
Thanks!

Good luck! BTW if this is possible and you win the dispute the merchant
will be charged an extra fee. That's just nice.

Dear Daniel,
You are partly right in the above statements. Let me explain to you the
situation again. Dutch network providers are locking the Mpx200 with
new codes. The new dutch MPx200 needs actually 6 codes to unlock it.
Our unlock code software developer found this out about one day after
you have placed your order with us and we did not know about it when we
have emailed you to mail in your phone according to our legal terms.
Our software developer is working hard on this to get it solved ASAP
(It should be ready by next week).
If you cannot wait any longer please feel free to email us at
info@unlockitnow.com. We are offering you a FULL refund if it is
necessary.
We again apologise for this ...
Yours Sincerely
Daniel Camilleri
