I have a nearly new cell phone jammer for sale - range is
approximately 30 metres in radius. Model MONIX MGB-1S cellular Jammer.

Used only one week ( and then the tenant was gone! - hint great for
getting rid of loser tenants who depend on their cell phones for
calls).

Includes unit, plus 2 attennas, and a power cable and transformer for
North American Standard power.

Asking price $395 plus shipping.

This is illegal but very funny. I think it's cheaper than hiring a lawyer
to get rid of that tenant. Very creative of you. :)

My favorite technique is to listen to the conversation, write down
appropriate (well, inappropriate from the caller's standpoint) details,
and give the person the note.

One writer (I forget who, sadly) described doing this with somebody's
bank account details. The caller was incensed and demanded to know how
he knew his bank account details...

I've never tried this myself since German trains have speaking and
non-speaking train carriages, but I think it's far more effective.
Cellular users in the US are used to losing coverage randomly so it'll
just seem like a dropout.
