The assignment of the GSM carrier numbers (310-20 for instance) comes from
someplace? I have seen the list but can't for the life of me find it again.

Can someone point me to the proper URL?

Thanks

1. go to http://osbymikro.tk
2. click Explanations, tables and codes
3. click 18. List of GSM operators Worldwide

We are in the process of updating the list.
