Question about O2 Prepay Service (UK)

Can someone tell me if O2 allows calls to 0870 and/or 0845 numbers as part
of the free inclusive minutes on their prepaid tariff?

I'm planning a trip to the UK, and would like to take advantage of
call-through services to call back to the US for as low a per-minute rate as
possible.

Any other suggestions? I'm looking at Mobile World, too. Any experience
with them?

I am not 100% sure but i dont think thay do. If ur getting a pre pay O2 card
u can get the INTL talk and txt rate bolt on for free at the moment. Texts
10p a text and calls from 10p a min back to the USA.
