Text Messages to AIS Subscribers

It looks like the AIS900 text messaging web page is long gone:
http://www.ais900.com/gsmweb.

What else can I use?

Is there another web page for text messaging AIS subscribers?  Do AIS
subscribers have an email address associated with their phone?

Are we still able to send Free SMS online to mobile phones in Thailand?
I thougth all services had already blocked that.
