Hi, searching for some basic information.

- How much memory (kt) is used/needed when using text only on 1 screen
for example of the screen size of a Nokia 6680 or of similar size? O
how many letters do I get with 1kt?

- How much memory (kt) is used/needed for a still picture (black
white)

- How much memory is used/needed to get an animated video clip for
seconds?

This would help a lot.

Cheers,

Danie

Each character is represented as a byte so just count the total number
of characters in the message.

Really depends upon the actual picture and the compression technique
used. Check the specifications of the cell phone camera for more
information.

Again, depends upon the video. A file with a lot of motion would be
longer than a relatively stationary video.

It would help to transfer some of the files to a PC to get an estimate
on the file sizes.
