I think you are in for a tough time, but see if a Virgin Mobile
Prepaid will work. They roam in quite a few countries, but I don't
know if it includes Israel and/or Egypt

Highly recommend www.prepaidgsm.net
You can purchase some SIM cards online from the companies themselves
BEFORE you go.
I myself have a United Mobile card, but there are other INTERNATIONAL
providers.
You can also check EBAY for single country SIMs. I have seen SIM cards
for Israel offered numerous times if you go the single-country route.
