Pay-As-You-Go for Med cruse

Wife and I are taking a cruse to Spain, France and Italy in April.  Is a
pay as you go phone available for this area that would not break the bank
calling back to the US?  I am on Verizon so CDMA won't work over there.

Riiing/United mobile is your best bet. Incoming calls are free in al
those countries. Hence, you do not have to purchase separate sims fo
