In frequecy hopping based on the HSN next ARFCN is chosen. Can any one
tell me how the number which we give in HSN influences the choice? Can
anyone provide me the mechanism or algo on which the calculations based
on HSN work??

The hopping sequence generation and relevant parameters are described in
3GPP specification 05.02 (/45.002).
