You'll need a separate GSM module (card) or modem, with its own
antenna and SIM (and phone number), in each vehicle.
Pre-paid SIMs are often used in these situations. For one
thing, they limit your costs if your microprocessor programming
isn't all it should be.
Depending on how frequently you want to update your location
information, and how cheaply you can get these services, either
GPRS sessions to an internet server or SMS to a central GSM
device would do the job.
