Screensaver stops working after a while

Hi everybody,

I've selected a default screensaver for my Nokia 3410, one that shows text
on the screen and then floats the individual letters around.

After the set amount of time, the screensaver starts, but after 5 minutes
or so, the screensaver stops and the default screen is presented again.

Any ideas why? I can't seem to find a setting to control this... It's a bit
strange to have a screensaver that does not save screens :)

Best regards,

Ikke

Can you disable the original screen saver?  Maybe set the delay to 0
will do that.

Sorry, I don't quite understand you - what is the "original" screensaver?

The screensaver I'm referring to was already installed on my mobile, I have
not downloaded it or something similar. Until now, I have not had a
screensaver.

Thanks,

Normally there is a setting for your "original" screen saver which you
decide the delay before the screen saver takes effect or kicks in.  If
it does try setting it to 0 as that normally means it will not count
down and activate, basically preventing it from coming on.

No, it's never been updated. How do you do that?
