How to prevent the up and down arrow keys work two times instead of one at a push on Nokia 2300?

Hello!
How to prevent the up and down arrow keys work two times instead of one
at a push on Nokia 2300? Will the keypad change help?

Don't press the keys that hard.

Don't press they arrow keys that hard, lighter touch and you will get a normal
single push.

I try my best to lighter touch but still the up and down arrow keys
work two times some times.
