Nokia 1100 can't receive from SMSC ?

Hi,

I am working in a telecommunication company.
And my company has lunched a service which works as follow:
subscriber A should calls a short code (e.g. 505), and required to
type subscriber B GSM number.
subscriber B should recieve SMS from SMSC.

the problem is:
If subscriber B is nokia 1100, he couldn't receive the sms, Why? What
is the solution?

Something wrong with the SMS settings on the 1100 or the SMS from the SMSC
is not sent in a fully compatible form as supported by 1100. A bit difficult
to go into details with this much details of your setup. Does the 1100
receive other SMS messages through the same SMSC?

Yes, it receives other SMS from this SMSC.
