Hello,

I can establish a connexion at 9600 (in V.32) between the two modems
but I receive a lot of unwanted characters on both ends alongs with
the chars I send.

In other words, when I send a char, it is well received but lost in
the noise and when I keep a touch (I'm using hyperterminal) down on
one end, I receive the stream of this char on the other, sliced with
some unwanted chars...)

>From where come all those !##²³³@" chars ?

Many thanks for your attention!

Plnd

note: I use a wavecom for the GSM side and a motorola sm56 in the
laptop.
