Anyone know abt the sms to email gateways that will
allow you to use regular cell phone texting to send
someone an email?

I guess you send the "system" a text and it converts it
to email and sends it to the recipient....and vice
versa

Does it work well? Who do you use? etc

I've used this one whenever I've needed the facility:

It's a free service.  But I suspect that such free services get
money by harvesting lists of e-mail addresses and selling them
to spammers.

Anyone know of a similar service for users in the USA?  I don't want to dial
a UK phone number to avail myself of this service.

Thanks.
