I got a I-MATE SPL cell phone I got a sim card from CINGULAR in the
phone Iam suppose to email and web browser on it but it does not do that
is there anything I can do for the phone to use email and web broswer.

You probably haven't set up your network configuration in the phone. Go to

http://www.imate.com/Support_OperatorSettings.aspx

download the cingular settings and install them on the phone (as
described in the top part of the website).
