high resolution dumb phone?

What quad band gsm *dumb* phone (or anything that cold boots in 20 seconds)
has the highest resolution screen? I need to show photos with it. I saw a
few that is 320 x 240 pixels, but I would like even higher resolution. 640 x
480 would be great, but the ones I saw are all smart phones, which I don't
need. Also, I like to be able to zoom in and out of the photo. It does not
have to be touch screen.

If there a cell phone "screener" that lets me specify the features I want
and displays a list of phones that fit, I would not have to post this
question.

Do you want a cell phone or a good photo display system? The choice is
yours, and yes, it really is an 'or' situation.
