jawbone is a bad design.
do not buy a bluetooth jawbone.
they do not care that the design
is faulty. the charger cord will
not stay on the earphone. they
can only be reached by email,
no phone support! takes several
days to hear from them. very
bad experience. do not buy
a jawbone. bad. faulty. no support.

Sorry to hear all that, but...

I love my Jawbone BT headset, best I've ever had - I've had four others
before.  Better, I've never had the inclination to contact the support
desk.  The even better news is, since you won't be buying another one,
that's one more that'll be waiting for me when I buy another one.
Thanks for all your help.
