plus net caller id is missing

Hi All
I am using WAVECOM modem together with windows hyper-terminal.
The GSM account I am using is a part of plus-net
The caller ID is missing in the ring string when using WAVECOM
When using a Telit modem the caller ID appears in the ring string.
Please help ASAP

Have you turned caller ID notification on? The command to do
this is:

AT+CLIP=1
