From what I've been lead to believe not all networks "natively"
support delivery confirmation of sending SMS, but I've heard that it's
possible to "trick" the system into giving confirmation by prepending
the numbers 111 before a message e.g. I start a message 111Hello Bob,
yadda yadda yadda etc. and send to him at +447956444252.  When it's
delivered to his phone's inbox I should get a confirmation that either
the message was delivered or that it was "pending" or that the message
failed.  Does this work or not with all GSM systems?
