GSM Tri-band phone with voice recording

Hi readers

Pl suggest a tri-band or dual 900/1800 GSM phone

1. with voice recording facility for 3 minutes or more, both from the
phone conversation and through microphone.

2. computer USB interface preferable.

3. Data capable, I guess the one which can be used as a MODEM

4. Built-in camera preferable.
