Countrys with no GSM networks

Apart from Haiti and Guinea Bissau are they any other countrys in the world
that don't have a GSM network?

Most - if not all - European microstates do not have a network of
their own: San Marino, Vatican, Andorra, Monaco etc. Liechtenstein,
however, has its own GSM provider.

you can check you'll see that TMS (www.tms.sm) has better price than
Tim (www.tim.it).... Tim is a great reseller :-)
