Is this Treo 180 unlocked or not? I want to buy one to use in Europe,
but for $147.95 it sounds too good to be true. Am I missing something?

You can get a better deal on Ebay. I have seen BUY IT NOW as low as $69.99.

One of the Treo models had a reputation for very poor quality control.
I think it may have been the 180. I wouldn't swear that my memory is
correct, but suggest you Google before you buy.

Treo 180 is a shitty and fragile device.
I am working for a carrier and we took back 8 out of 10 devices (I am not
exagerating!).

I finally ordered the Treo 270 (GSM version of Treo 300) instead of
180. I just hope this one is better than the 180. Please let me know
if anyone had the chance to compare the two.
thanks
