I've been using this service while travelling in Europe for the past 5
weeks. However I'm unable to de-activate the service online even though it
claimed it can be done on the preferences section of the TALK21 webpage.
Wrote to their technical team many times for the past 10 days but still
without a reply. Can anyone please help as each sms alert costs 15p +vat.

Under the SMS Notification section in the preferences, can't you just untick
the box next to 'activate SMS' and then click save - or isn't that working?

Thanks for your response. I did try it but it didn't work.

What about resetting and then saving? Or getting another PIN re-issued? If
you don't register the new PIN on the talk21.com website then the system
shouldn't send out any more notifications.
