I am looking for any (high level) information on Over The Air Service
Provisioning on a GSM network. As an example, is OTASP used for feature
activation (SMS, PushToTalk, LBS)or can it also be used for more basic
actions like IMSI modification ? I found a few doc's in the WAP Forum, not
addressing my questions. Even pointers to capabilities on an IS-41 network
would be useful as a starting point.

Thanks,

No, the functions you list are activated at the network level.

OTASP would commonly be used for:

* Configuring WAP parameters

* Sending phone address book entries (VCARD)
See here for an example of this:

* Sending URLs
