Nokia 6510 Problems!

Hello,

I have a Nokia 6510 and in the 9 months that I get the phone a have a lot of
software prob's it's already 4 times returned to Nokia Belgium, but without
result !

The qurent software version that I have at the moment is:
v 04.12
28-08-02
NPM-9

Can anyone help me please??
