8910i is 900/1800 only so that's not a successor to the 6310i which
does 900/1800 and 1900. If there's anything that's close to doing
what the 6310i does it's the 6600.

Perhaps the 6820 (already released) or the 6230 (soon to be released).

I have called Nokia Belgium some days ago. They suggest the 6230 as the
successor to the 6310i. Does anybody know when this device will be released
in Belgium?
