Hi,

I'm looking for a website that offers scheduled SMS sending which I can pay
with VISA?

I want to send SMS to a couple friends at 31.12.2003 at 00:00 (so I want to
buy only a few messages, for $5 top).

Why not do it by phone? Most sites have a minimum of a couple of
hundred messages. For example:

Yes it's possible to do it by phone using send to group option, but messages
don't get delivered until around 02:00 (because everybody wants to send
messages at 00:00).

If I send them from different timezone, they are likely to be received at
00:02.

This might not sound too logical, but it's true, based on my last years
expirience :).
