Now I know this is probably a stupid question,
but I can't see the FAQ posted lately...

But where can I find the GSM specs/protocol? I
hear they are available on the web, but all my
searches so far have been fruitless.
Any info narrowing down my search criteria, or
a direct link would help massively :)

Similarly you can get specs for IS-95 CDMA, etc. at www.3gpp2.org.
