Hi,

I have this unidentifiable file on my picture folder which cant be deleted.
Is there a way to clear the memory to its original empty state?
Thanks in advance.

Rudy

I have the same problem too!

The bad news is that Three and Motorola say the phone must be returned
to them to fix! I've been waiting scine 18th Dec for a loan phone so
they can do it! No sign yet.

The good news is that you still get cheap voice calls and can't rack up
a bill on the 3G services, because (on mine anyway) the lack of memory
stops you getting them!

As anyone a solution to this problem? Master reset and master clear do
not clear it. I suspect there is a memory clear option but Three's
Indian and Glasgow people (the lady in Glasgow told me it was a common
fault with the A835) don't know how to clear it.

If it is a common problem Three are loosing a fortune in missed 3G
service opportunities.

MH
