unlocking a cell

I have a p8767 that I won off of eBay but it is locked on the verizon
network. can anyone tell me how I can get a master reset code or a way to
reprogram this phone? any help would be great. Thanks Damian.

Verizon doesn't lock phones.  What carrier do you want to use it with?

I think those are TDMA networks ... can you unlock TDMA/CDMA phones???
