T720 - Unable to charge message ??

Hi,

I have got a secondhand T720 with original battery and uk charger. A
few times when I have tried to charge it the phone says 'unable to
charge'. Could the phone just need a firmware upgrade? It's out of
warranty btw.

P.S. Anybody know where I can get the plastic outer screen (not the
full lcd unit, just the piece of plastic) Thanks.

for the real outer screen try ebay there have them
try cleaning the pins underneath the phone

Try cleaning the connection with alcohol. Use something with a fairly sharp
point and stretch a peice of thin cloth over it because those contacts are
hard to get at.
