I have a v500 and Phonetools v2.19a. I want to upload a photo onto the phone
for use as a wallpaper. I cropped it to 220x176 using Photoimapct 8 and
uploaded it to the phone, it displays the image on the list but when i try
and open it, it says the file is too big. Any ideas what i am doing wrong ??
Anyone have the settings for photos to upload ??

Doesn't the photo need to be 120 x 160 ?

The max is 640 pixels high x 480 pixels wide (VGA).

Recheck the properties of the photo and be sure it's not set to mm or inches
or someting other than pixels.

I've had no problems sending 640 X 480 photos to the phone via BT

I sorted it. Made a 176x220 GIF file instead, it's larger in size but works.

Andy.
