I've got the belkin adapter too. Don't use the Belkin software, it's useless
and sometimes crashes explorer. Use mobile phone tools which you can
download from motoclub. The site's in Spanish I think but the route to the
download is easy to find. Make sure you update to the latest version
available on the site (2.16 I think) because the earlier version is pants
Also, don't try to pair with your phone immediately after pairing using
Belkin software without powering your phone off and on again

unpairing the mobile. Thanks

Finaly managed to transfer files via BT to my V500
to get stuff to the phone
go to my BT places, view devices in range ( may sometimes require you to
select find me in the phone settings)
now once only set up the authorisations by right clicking on the motorola
phone icon, selecting authorisation make sure file transfer is ticked
double click on Motorola phone ( don't try and select any of the icons that
are now available)
for sounds and pictures just drag and drop the file to the OBEX file
transfer icon
for games and apps drag and drop the file on the OBEX obgect push icon (
will require you to press accept on the phone)
to transfer pics from the phone select the pic on the phone and select copy
via bluetooth

I think there is a bug in the v500/v525 firmware (the v525 seems to be a
modified v500; with the phone tools you can see in the log window that
the v525 says to be a v500). Sometimes it has worked for me to push jar
files over bluetooth on the phone, sometimes not. it did not help to
switch the phone off and on again. So i tried to put out the battery
without switching the phone off. After starting it again, the object
push worked. I know it sounds hard, but this has worked for me many
times. But do it on your own risk!
