V525 Ringer: ID Bug or not ?

Hi!

I set up a Ringer ID for a person in my contact list and now the sound I
choosed plays both when I receive calls and short messages from him. On
my Nokia it was only for incoming calls not for short messages.

Is there a way to set the phone so every incoming message does the same
sound so it doesn't get modified for the people to who I change the
Ringer ID ?

I asked Motorola the same question and they said that this is how the
V500/525 works. you will get the same tone for sms/calls/mms for each
caller.
