T720-Can't change my Loud Details

All the sudden I can't change my ringtones under the Loud detail settings!!
If I set to Low or Vibe.Ring I can no Problem, but when I try to change the
loud detail it puts me right to the main screen!!
Any ideas? I tried taking out the battery and turning back on, and deleting
extra files I don't use, no luck.

Never mind, I figured it out. Had to do a master reset.
