Unlocking Motorola V150 - anyone done this ?

I want to unlock my V150 via an unlock code and there are quite a few
companies that offer this service. Two I have found are

Has anyone dealt with either of these two or can you recommend someone
else.

I've used 'don't forget us' recently to unlock a Nokia - no problems at all!
Their prices are also the cheapest I've found - Nokia unlocking ?1.50 GBP
and Motorola ?6.00 GBP.
