e365 - symbol on screen

had this phone for about a month, and a symbol has appeared on the top line
of the screen. I can`t find it in the manual.
it`s a green box with a yellow line through the middle. looks a bit like an
envelope. but i have no unread texts or voice mail .
can anyone help?

Hi

You can you to the Motorola web site and find a copy of the manual. I have
bee there but not sure off the top off my head....scroll down to page
25...that might help.

Maybe it is the GPRS avaliable simbol.

nope gprs is a G in a square.

It could be the voicemail waiting indicator, Mine sticks sometimes and I
have to go into voicemail, preferences, message waiting indicator and shut
it off, and delete all saved voicemails too.... this helps my motorola,
might help yours.
