Are free ringtones really free? I mean do you submit your phone number to a
website and they send you the ringtone but in return they spam your phone
with text messages? Or are there some legit websites that will not put you
on a list? Also is there an easy explanation of how to use the Motorola v400
to key in ringtones on the web?
