If you go to your local shop that sells prepaid cell phones, they should be
able to reprogram your phone for prepaid use. Then you just enter the prepid
card or you credit card number when you need it. I was going to use this
sol'n when I was between providers/comparing plans, but it is too expensive
for even lite regular use. But it may be wht you are looking for.

If they do more than just sell prepaid phones, and if they're familiar
with the phone he has. Otherwise they'd be as lost as we are.
