speakerphone V300 and V600?

Does the Motorola V600 have a "speakerphone"?
Does the V300?

And if so, is it usefull?
At the moment i have a SonyEricsson T610 with carkit. Is it possible to use
the phone without an extra carkit while driving? (loudness, clear sound?)

V500 has speakerphone, so I assume the 600 does, and probably the 300 too

Yes the V600 does have a speakerphone.
